Overview
Pointed cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) is a variant of heading cabbage and has a slightly sweetish flavor. Pointed cabbage also contains plenty of vitamin C, carotenoids and polyphenols. Due to its delicate leaves, it’s also one of the most easily digestible types of cabbage.
